MODULE 5: BUSINESS CASUAL DRESS
The 90's ushered in a new look in business attire. Many companies have adopted a more casual approach to business wear for employees on "Casual Friday's", or even for regular dress throughout the week. With business casual clothing now an important facet of business dress, adapting to these changes poses new challenges for both men and women.

This seminar, which can be tailored to suit a client's specific preferences, de-mystifies the subject of casual dress and provides an encouraging basis for selecting and co-ordinating an attractive and effective business casual wardrobe.

MODULE 6: IMAGE CONCEPTS FOR TECHNICAL & FIELD SERVICE PERSONNEL
This seminar focuses on wardrobe subjects with emphasis on image and the effect it has on the perception of the service organization by the customer. It is highly popular with service and technical staff personnel and it encourages them to present a professional image while achieving the comfort and demands required for their work activities. Other elements of business etiquette/communication skills can be included and the program can be oriented toward personal clothing or a company uniform program.

MODULE 7: PERFORMANCE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Communicating effectively within a professional environment is a science, not an art!

It requires a sound knowledge of relevant theory and an ability to translate that theory into practice. In addition, our increasingly technological workplace creates new challenges to effective communication. This program addresses those challenges through the use of self-analysis exercises and role-playing practice. Participants identify their own communication styles and preferences. They identify pitfalls and devise effective strategies to ensure clear and confident communication in any professional context.

MODULE 8: ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

This program is tailored to the needs of the client group. It emphasizes the importance of business etiquette - office diplomacy, telephone courtesies, networking skills etc., and builds confidence through knowledge and understanding of the subject. A broad range of scenarios is covered to ensure that the participant is prepared for any potential situation. Cultural considerations can be included as required by the client. Group and individual sessions are offered, with the latter including individual coaching in dining, networking and social etiquette.

These highly successful programs provided for corporate and other client groups are regularly updated to ensure their continuing relevance for enhancing image and business skills.
